Terms and Conditions: 

(All helmet camera hire packages whether booked online or offline are subject to these conditions. Alpcams refers to Alexandra Phillips trading as Alpcams.)

Upon hiring, a deposit will be payable by the client as security based on the total value of the rental equipment. The deposit is refundable to the client upon safe return of the rental equipment in a similar condition to that when sent out to the client. The client is responsible for any loss or damage caused to the hire package during the hire period. Any faults or missing components should be reported immediately upon receipt of the rental equipment.  We may also request a form of satisfactory photo ID together with the deposit.  If upon return of the rental equipment Alpcams deems there to be an unreasonable amount of wear and tear to the rental equipment, all or part of the deposit will be non-refundable.  The client will be responsible for cost of repair, replacement of damaged or lost part(s) or cost of entire unit up to a maximum of the full deposit amount of £538.29 / €620.00.

If the client fails to return the rental equipment on the agreed date, Alpcams have the right to retain the full deposit and ID until such a time as the rental equipment is returned. Upon return, the client will be subject to payment for the additional hire period.  We kindly ask the client to give us 24hrs notice in the event of a cancellation.

Disclaimer:

Alexandra Phillips trading as Alpcams accepts no liability for (a) the actions of the client or any other person using the hire package or (b) for any personal injury to the client, any other person using the hire package or any third party or (c) other damage whatsoever connected with or resulting from the use of the hire package other than that resulting exclusively from a failure to supply the hire package in reasonable working condition. Upon entering into rental agreement of camcorder equipment, the client agrees to these terms and conditions and disclaimer.

*Data DVD consists of all clips in .avi format (.mov also available).  Can be watched on your computer but not played on a DVD player.  Postage to UK home address by registered post required for Friday hires and  incurs an additional postage charge of €5.50

Privacy Policy:

What information do we collect and why? You can browse the Alpcams website without disclosing any information about yourself at all. When you place an order we register information such as your name and email address and may request credit card for payment and deposit. Whenever you provide such personal information, we will treat that information in accordance with this policy.

We would like to update you from time to time with news and information about goods and services, which may be of interest to you. We will not share your details with any other companies.

Card details may be requested to process your payment and take a deposit only.  After which, details will be destroyed.  We do not hold your card details on file.

You have the option of 'unsubscribing' from email promotions if you choose - once you unsubscribe we will not bother you again.
